To be in a state of extreme intoxication due to over consumption of alcohol. Normally buck-leppin' ensues immediately after one gets buck-scattered. Buck-shee'd is another variant.
He was buck-leppin' about like as half shyte eejit after he got buck-scattered!
He was capering about like a complete simpleton after he became thoroughly intoxicated.
