Drought
Heard in Waterford and Galway
Thirst. Pronounced drute.
After all the salty rashers I had for me breakfast I had some drought on me by dinnertime.
Following those exceedingly salty rashers I consumed at breakfast I suffered a most dreadful thirst by luncheon.
