Welded to the bed
Heard in Tipperary and Sligo
Physically exhausted and utterly unable to leave one's bed.
After dat birthday session I was welded to the bed till Monday!
Following that extensive evening of revelry, I was utterly incapacitated and adhered fast to my mattress.
